Sam is the real MVP of this shop. Not just an amazing budtender who actually listens and remembers what you like, but also my best friend, the kind of guy who’ll nerd out with me about One Piece pulls and Pokémon PSA grades while picking the perfect strain. Every visit feels like hanging with your favorite crew member on the Thousand Sunny… except instead of cola, we’re talking terpenes and trading cards. Sam always points me toward something new that hits just right after a long shift running the madness at Cheba Hut NoHo, and somehow still makes time to ask about my latest Charizard hunt. This place was always my regular go to but I’ve taken some time off from weed and it’s been a long time since visiting MMD. I finally returned today and it was exactly what I remembered. Good Hollywood vibe with friendly and knowledgeable staff and a really good selection of whatever you’re looking for. Shoutout to Carly, she was helpful and she reminded me about my reward points, which I had completely forgotten about. Definitely a solid spot and highly recommend.
