I've been a customer here since the store first opened. I live nearby and often stop in after work, especially in the evenings. On weekends, I feel more at ease because the security guard is consistently actively patrolling. During some weekday visits, however, I've noticed the guard appearing distracted on his personal phone, which can make the environment feel a bit less secure. That said, I want to recognize a positive experience I had recently on a weekend visit. A couple of weekends ago, the guard noticed a potentially uncomfortable situation involving someone near the alley and proactively walked me to my vehicle. I hadn't even realized he was watching out for me until he approached and reassured me. That level of attentiveness made a strong impression and his appearance looks legit like he knows what he’s doing. As for customer service, there are many new staff members, and overall they provide great service. Most employees are friendly and helpful. However, I've had less positive interactions with one employee who comes across as impatient and occasionally dismissive, which has impacted my experience at times. I try to avoid getting helped out by her because I’ve noticed she gets on her phone while others have tried to pay for their goods or rolling her eyes at times when I’ve asked a question . I feel like that’s very disrespectful of her to do. On the other hand, another team member--a shorter employee with blonde hair--has consistently been respectful and helpful, and the receptionist with glasses has also been very professional and welcoming. On my last visit I got helped by Joy very nice young lady. Overall, the store offers great prices, a solid selection of products, and a generally positive shopping experience.

My go to dispensary and this specific location for my flower. Never disappoints. I’ve been here during the day and at night and the customer service is always on point. Even as a pick-up order customer the experience creates a favorable outcome. Will continue to be a returning customer til the wheels fall off. :)

Went just before closing, no line. Got my plug in play and a different flavor and brand. Totally satisfied.

I usually shop exclusively at Catalyst. Great brands, great prices out the door (tax is built in), great specials. Budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of locations near me. Win, win all the way around!

This location is one of the best coolest locations I’ve ever been a part of. I really appreciate the hospitality as well as the customer service as well.
