Today I had such a ridiculous experience. A woman in front of the shop asked me if I could buy her something because she didn't have identification. I said okay to help, but apparently that's against the rules. I didn't know that. If that's the case, you should send that person away from the door. You shouldn't keep them waiting at the door. It's so absurd that they wouldn't let me in because of that. Anyway, I won't be coming back. Thankfully, the person sitting at the entrance was so polite, practically bursting with kindness, and said it didn't matter to them whether I came back or not. They told me I could go to other stores, and I really don't approve of this place. I don't know how much value is placed on customers in a place that tells people to go to another store……..
Thos location has a great selection of items. The staff here are friendly and fast. There is relaxstion area with complimentary stuff and giveaways all the fime.
Bought my disposable vape around 9 o’clock, and it would be nice for the bud tender to be a little bit more courteous and more approachable. I would ask questions and she would just give me flat answers. I’d ask her for her opinion and she said to each his own she was not friendly and I am a customer. I’ve been going there for years every time I go it’s friendly, but this time the attendant who helped me was not helpful. Maybe she needs some new lessons in customer service when speaking to people the store is great, but she did not make a great experience this morning. I’m just going to start going to the other Erba on Venice, thanks but that experience made me not want to go back.
this has been my spot all year, and they keep getting better! the morning crew is always knowledgeable and upbeat, great energy to start the day. MacKenzie is the goat for budtending AND coffee making! The rewards program has me coming back every time! Parking is a bit small so try to park on the street or across in the Best Buy parking lot.
Val is the absolute best ! She is the best budtender in all of LA ! And Erba has the absolute chillest weed shop in all of LA as well with actual FIRE bud. Don’t waste your time with other spots and come here first 🤙🏼
